• Artisans (service providers)

3. Platform Use

You may use Sakaslist to:

• Discover and connect with verified artisans and vendors
• Book services or buy listed products
• Communicate with other users
• Leave reviews and ratings based on your experience

4. Service Providers (Artisans and Vendors)

If you list services or products:

• You must be legally authorized and capable of delivering what you offer.
• You are responsible for setting accurate pricing, availability, and service terms.
• You must comply with all applicable local laws and licensing.

5. Payments and Fees

• Sakaslist may facilitate payments through integrated third-party gateways.
• Service fees or commissions may apply. These will be disclosed transparently.
• Users agree to pay for all requested services or purchases in accordance with the pricing displayed.
• Vendors/artisans may be required to provide bank or wallet information to receive payouts.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Each artisan or vendor may set their own cancellation and refund policy.
• Sakaslist reserves the right to intervene in disputes but is not liable for unsatisfactory services or unfulfilled orders.
• Users are encouraged to resolve conflicts amicably via in-app messaging or by contacting support.

7. Reviews and Ratings

• You may only review services you have used.
• Reviews must be honest and respectful.
• Sakaslist may remove reviews that are fraudulent, abusive, or violate these Terms.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior.
• You may delete your account at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and designs on the Platform are the property of Sakaslist or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any part of the Platform without our written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

Sakaslist facilitates connections between users and providers. We are not liable for:

• Direct or indirect damages from service use
• Delays, cancellations, or disputes between users
• User-generated content

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sakaslist and its team from any claims, losses, or damages from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Disputes will be handled in Lagos courts.
